Sally was very obliging and went the extra mile for us by taking away our rubbish and filling the hot tub for us. The property location, while being further from the beach than we had envisaged, was perfect for a get away from everything. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and great for an extended group to spread out. We loved the pizza oven and the out door showerr.!

Straight forward booking with clear instructions. Nil problems. We camped with a large group of extended family. Great setup for a large group in a lovely setting. The kids loved exploring the bush and climbing the banks. Much larger area and more spread out then the pictures suggested. Would love to return with hopefully better weather next time!

Such a great place to stay for our large extended family and friends, more than enough room and fantastic service when needed. Our children of all ages were entertain by this place and its enchanting beauty alone. Amazing beaches where ever you go and so much to do but best of all was the peace this place offered. Cant wait to come back!

We used Sandy Bay Retreat to accommodate our quests for our wedding at Sandy bay. What a fun place for everyone to camp. There was heaps of room for lots of tents. The bush for the kids to run around in and explore was gorgeous. The highlight for every kid was definately the water-slide. What a unique and fantastic idea. There is a real farm feel to the camp with free-range friendly turkeys and vege/herb garden. At night the solar-powered laterns light up along the paths and gives the place a mystical magical feel. Nestled in a sheltered valley a great place to be when its blowing on shore and you need a camp-site out of the elements. Everything was there for camping-fresh water, showers, toilets, even a fish smoker. For something a bit different, I would recommend giving Sandy Bay Retreat a go. I'm sure you will love it as we did. Thanks Sally and the Team.
