Set on 5000m2 of land with 270 degree sea and marina views this home will take your breath away! Doves Point is situated on a private peninsular overlooking the “Bay of Islands” Doves Bay Marina and the Kerikeri Inlet. A short stroll through native bush takes you to a choice of two lovely peaceful beaches. Evenings will often reveal the call of native Kiwi on the site.

Doves Point features 2 double bedrooms in the main house plus a 3rd double and a large loft that sleeps an additional 6 people on mattresses above it. The large loft area is not suitable for young children but would make an awesome refuge for older kids with its own ‘birds nest’ deck. This spacious home also offers 2 1/2 bathrooms, separate lounge and open plan kitchen with excellent indoor/ outdoor flow to two sheltered decks. Relax in the comfort of air conditioning in the main house or bathe in the sun on one of the decks looking out over the crystal blue waters.

There are large flat areas which offer adequate parking or boat storage and the lawns are great for those outdoor games.

The historical Kerikeri is a 15 minute drive away with supermarkets, shops, crafts, cafes, restaurants, vineyards and the famous Stone Store, Mission House and Rewas Village. Kerikeri Cruising Club is 2 minutes drive away and offers boat launching facilities as well as social facilities. If you are looking for somewhere private and peaceful, yet accessible to the Bay of Islands and Russell, then this is the place for you!

The tariff includes linen, towels (for the main beds only, not the loft mattresses).

50% deposit of the rate is due at the time of booking, except where your booking will commence within 1 month - in this case full payment is due. The balance of your booking is due 1 month prior to arrival, at which time the bond will be charged.. Our online booking system requires a credit card to secure the booking. We will contact you for the CSS code and to confirm the rates following receipt of your booking. If you prefer to pay by online banking you may do so at that stage.

Doves Point is within a Kiwi protection area, therefore no pets are allowed.

Please note a $350 Refundable Bond will be required.
