This waterfront beach house overlooks the popular Sandy Bay, renowned as one of the best surf beaches in Northland. This family beach house consists of upstairs/downstairs, a large flat section, and endless sea views.
Upstairs you will find comfortable living space, two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and lounge with decks front and back to ensure you capture all day sun. Downstairs consists of basic bach style accommodation, with bunk bedrooms, bathroom, a kitchenette and laundry facilities.
Sit back, relax and listen to the surf directly in front of the property. The second story deck provides stunning views of Sandy Bay and the famous Poor Knights Islands, making it a great spot for sunbathing and watching the surfers.
There is now full Spark reception out at Sandy Bay and patchy Vodafone reception. Free Broadband available

Amazing. Great property and a well managed service. We had a great time. This property is the best place I have ever rented on book a bach. So well located and a nice easy place to fit in two families happily, with plenty of space. We love Sandy Bay, and to have a view of the beach and be right across the road was perfect. We were also very lucky with the weather and had a great week. Thanks!

We had a lovely long weekend at the property, the position was perfect and it was nice to have 2 verandahs to use depending on which way the wind was blowing. A very comfortable house with everything one needs for a great holiday, only thing we couldn't find was an ironing board, we did find the iron however, we were attending a wedding otherwise I wouldn't normally iron on holiday!

Lovely Lockwood-style bach with superb beach views. Lots of space and beds; great to have the self-contained area downstairs for teens, and the option of two outdoor decks. Highly recommend.
