Enjoy this small, basic, funky, retro styled bach at Matapouri Beach. What this original Kiwi bach lacks in size, it makes up for in location with doorstep beaching in paradise!
The bach sleeps six with a queen bed in one room and two sets of bunks in the second bedroom with the toilet, washing machine, BBQ and kayaks located in the attached garage. A caravan on the section sleeps a further 2 people.
Hear the waves and the birds from the large sunny section and at night take a short walk to the beachfront and watch the moon rise over the Poor Knight Islands. A 5 minute walk takes you to the dairy and the tennis court and a 5 minute drive will also take you to the Tutukaka Marina.

Sally was lovely to deal with, prompt and efficient. The location is awesome and the bach is very retro. It is a small bach so at times it was rather cosy with 6 adults but that added to the holiday fun!

It was a great stay, lovely little house. We really enjoyed ourselves and were very happy with how well stocked the house was with toys (kayaks, wetsuits etc), cooking equipment and basic food and cleaning items. We had a great time.

Great bach with an old school feel but not lacking in modern facilities. The hot outdoor shower was an unexpected luxury after an early morning swim.
