A breakwater beach is also within walking distance, take a short drive and you will be taken aback by the beauty of the nearby beaches. Ngunguru, Kowharewa Bay, Matapouri Bay, Sandy Bay, Woolleys Bay and Whale Bay are all prime spots for surf casting, swimming, surfing, walking and exploring. This contemporary two-storey property comfortably sleeps eight and boasts all of the modern amenities required to ensure a pleasurable stay. Downstairs comprises of a private finely decorated studio with water views, a queen bed, (and single foldaway bed if necessary) lounge room area, kitchenette, shower, separate toilet and hand basin. Upstairs comprises of a private level with panoramic views, decks, outdoor seating, bbq area, lounge/dining/kitchen, master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with double bed - there is also a loft with single bed in this room, separate toilet and bathroom.
