The harbour is enclosed by a peninsula and provides a great venue for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Te Patunga Bay fronts your host's 400 acre family property. There are two holiday homes available on the family property that contain everything you will need for that much deserved break. As these holiday homes may only be accessed by boat or via a pleasant 20 minute walk around the scenic foreshore you will enjoy rare and exclusive privacy in a tranquil and beautiful setting. If you are looking for privacy and absolute peace, this is your perfect holiday destination. The serenity and unique ambience of this beautiful place has to be experienced to be truly appreciated. You may access the property either on foot or by boat. You are welcome to bring your own boat or alternatively we can pick you up by boat at a suitable prearranged time. We will boat you back to your vehicle at the end of your stay. There is comfortable walking access twice daily depending on the tide. Activities include kayaking, fishing, swimming and bush/beach walks. You may however prefer to simply read a book either lying on the beach or sitting out on one of the decks overlooking the harbour.
