This is a wonderful quiet and tranquil place right on the Mangonui Harbour. This is the perfect place to come and bring your own boat, as there is a mooring available also. The waters edge is only a stones throw away from the front door, with plenty of privacy, yet so close to the Mangonui township. This home has 3 bedrooms. One room is up on a top level, overlooking the lounge area, with a single bunk set bedroom on the lower level. Although not a large space, it is well set out to still give plenty of room for a family of 6. There are 3 sets of french doors to open out, which are great to let in that summer breeze, and all boasting wonderful views. Outside there is a feature shower over a bath which is great for washing off after a day at the beach, there is also a shower inside. Only a five minute drive away is the township of Mangonui, which has the best seafood takeaway/restaurant in the north, this will often have crayfish, hapuka, blue nose, and other exotic fish available. Not to mention other beautiful cafes that all overlook the Mangonui Harbour, Petrol Station, Mangonui Hotel, 4 Square Store, Souvineer and gift shop, plus lots more. There are some great fishing charter trips available, and plenty to see and do. There are 5 beautiful and unspoilt beaches to visit all within a 10 minute drive.
