This large retro home, split into 3 levels, overlooks the Tasman Sea and offers spectacular views of Ship Wreck Bay, Reef Point and the 90 Mile Beach. The water is only a 2 minute walk down the hill where you can bathe in the deep rock pools, go surfing, pick some tuatua for lunch, or just relax on the white sand. The kitchen and dining room area are open plan with each room offering its own impressive view. The first floor has a double bedroom with an ensuite, the second level has 2 small lounges, open kitchen/dining and a king size bedroom. The third level has another double bedroom and the main bathroom. There is a small front deck, and a large deck at the back of the house, great for somewhere quiet to relax. Ahipara has much to offer! There are quad bikes for hire, horse trekking, blo-karting, a golf course, a surf school that will guarantee to have you surfing in 2 hours if you have never tried it before, and some exciting fishing charter adventures. Spend a day around the reef and you will find kina, paua and even crayfish if you’re really lucky, there are also plenty of great fishing spots. Local amenities include a cafe, takeaway/restaurant, superette, laundromat and petrol station. Kaitaia, the main town is only a 10 minute drive away.
