The Beach & Bush Apartment is located under a home however you will enjoy plenty of privacy here with your own balcony and private garden. There are 2 of kayaks for your use. Activities in this area are plentiful! Surfcasting, surfing, land yachting, walking, fishing, shellfish gathering, horse and dune riding and relaxing….. there is something to cater for all tastes! This is the perfect place to base yourself while you take advantage of the diverse range of activities available up here. Situated on Reef View Road, it is only a five minute drive to local amenities in the Ahipara Township, including lovely restaurants, cafes, takeaways, the dairy, gas station, wholesale shop and launderette. Kaitaia is only a ten minute drive away and for those interested in a spot of golf, the nearby Kaitaia Golf Club is a superb 18 hole golf course that runs parallel to the beach and also boasts some spectacular views. Of course you have unlimited access to Ninety Mile Beach, Ahipara Bay and Shipwreck Bay, beaches that feature some of the best fishing and surfing in the country! Many tourist activities are also based from Ahipara, take a coach tour up to Cape Reinga, learn to surf – two hour lessons are available along with surfboard hire, try your hand at riding the sand dunes on quad bikes and blow karts, or catch a Snapper on a fishing tour with one of the locals!
