Nellie’s Beach Cottage has a large flat section with established gardens and a deck capturing all day sun with a barbeque and outdoor furniture, perfect for entertaining and a great spot for feeding hungry mouths after a long day at the beach! Need some time out? Curl up with a good book and relax in the warmth of afternoon sun in the enclosed conservatory at Nellie’s Beach Cottage. This cottage is also fully equipped with full kitchen and laundry facilities, two showers and two toilets, a television and DVD player. Attractions in the area include, diving, fishing, snorkeling, walking, sailing, kayaking, wining and dining, night and wreck dives, surfing, horse riding and much more! View the famous Poor Knight Islands - the home of Rikoriko Cave, the world’s largest above water seacave on Dive Tutukaka’s “Perfect Day” boat cruise and buffet, great for the whole family. Take a short drive and you will be taken aback by the beauty of nearby beaches. Ngunguru, Kowharewa Bay, Sandy Bay, Woolleys Bay and Whale Bay are all prime spots for surf casting, swimming, surfing, walking and exploring. With plenty of room to park the boat, a boat ramp nearby and fish cleaning bench onsite why not take advantage of the fabulous fishing in the area! Furthermore, the Tutukaka marina, boasting excellent eating establishments and first-class tour companies, is only a five minute drive away.
