Walk your way to one of the most popular beaches on the Tutukaka Paradise Coast. A few minutes walk away is Matapouri Beach with its golden white sand and breathtaking views of the Poor Knights Islands. This beach home is near new, modern and bright with open plan living. There are three double bedrooms, consisting of two queen sized beds, and two singles beds which can be joined together to make a large king. One of the bedrooms boasts an ensuite bathroom and a private deck. The garage is converted into games room with 4 mattresses for the kids to sleep on, table tennis, a couch and Sky TV (please bring own decoder). Bring your ipod to plug into the ipod dock. The property is well positioned for all day sun with wrap around decks, BBQ, outdoor table and chairs that overlook the large flat section. A mountain bike and helmet is provided to do a quick peddle to the Matapouri Store to collect the morning paper, or you can cut across the large playing field positioned directly in front of this home. The field has a tennis court, children’s playground and a very large grassed area for the whole family to enjoy outdoor games. There are two kayaks you can paddle around the mangroves or down to Matapouri Beach from your own jetty. Whale Bay, Woolly’s Bay and Sandy Bay are nearby. Offshore lies the Poor Knights Islands marine reserve, one of the world's premiere dive spots. From pizza and cafes to fine dining, Tutukaka offers something for all tastes, from the boutique hotel based Knights Restaurant to the South Pacific feel of Schnappa Rock Cafe.
